FROM ENTREPRENEUR TO MEDIA VISIONARY
My journey didn't begin in television. It began as an entrepreneur with a vision, a willingness to
take chances, and a belief that sometimes you have to create the opportunity you're waiting for.
Over the years, I've built businesses, developed real estate, worked in beauty, written books and
stage productions, created film and media projects, launched a nonprofit, and stepped behind
the microphone as a radio and podcast host. Through every chapter, one thing has remained
consistent: I believe in the power of people, opportunity, and storytelling.
As the host and executive producer of Mind the Business That Pays You and The Monique
Donyale Show, I saw firsthand how many talented people, businesses, organizations, creators,
and communities have something valuable to share - but don't always have the platform to share
it.
That vision led me to create Prime Voice Network.
PVN is bigger than one show and bigger than one voice. My goal is to build a network where
established talent and emerging voices can exist side by side - where business, education,
entertainment, community, lifestyle, family, sports, and real-life stories all have a home.
This is another chapter in my journey of building homes, building businesses, building
opportunity - and now, building a network.

Prime Voice Network
Every Voice. Every Story. One Network.
